MBA, served as director at All Options until 2008. In 2001 he joined this Amsterdam based market maker together with Allard Jakobs and Gert de Rover with the objective to grow. During his time at All Options he also served from 2006 as director at All Capital and was actively involved in setting up their venture capital activities. As of 1999 Chatib held the position of CFO at Stafford Trading Europe, a market maker in equity options with its base in Chicago to restructure its European business. Between 1996 and 1999 he held the position of COO at Extra Clearing, an ING Subsidiary. After graduating from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam in 1991 he started his career at Arthur Andersen in the audit department, where he specialized in financial markets.
Gerrit-Jan Bolderman studied law at the University of Leiden. He worked as a lawyer at Ekelmans Den Hollander from 1983 to 2000, whereafter, he was employed at Hogan Lovells. Since 2006 he has been active at the corporate law firm Bolderman de Meijer.
Gerrit-Jan was director at a large private equity institute for several years and was involded as non-executive director in multiple international pharmaceutic firms. He has been legal board counselor at an international financial institute and has fulfilled directorate functions in the social field. Through 1&12 Ventures, he is involved in P2IP as investor and director of the valorisation partner of Nikhef and AMOLF.
Hans Roeland Poolman
PhD & Msc-F, filled the position of VP Finance at All Options between 2007 and 2009. At this Amsterdam based market maker in equity options he managed the global finance team. Between 2001 and 2007 he worked at Lucent Technologies/Alcatel-Lucent, where he held different positions as both project manager and finance manager. In 2004 he was, as the only European, submitted to Lucent’s Financial Leadership Development Program at Babson College, MA USA, where he obtained his masters degree (Cum Laude ‘07) in Business Management (focus in Finance). Prior to this he held a Postdoc position at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. In 1999 he received his PhD degree at the same university in the field of subatomic physics.
Vincent van den Brekel
Vincent van den Brekel obtained a doctorate-level in economics, at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. After his studies he filled the position of VP at ABN AMRO for 5 years. Additionally, he achieved his Master of Science degree in System Dynamics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Afterwards he worked for Pepsico in planning and fulfilled the position of VP for Tiscalli and CEO for XEMC Darwin B.V. Most recently, he performed the function of partner/member of the PA Consulting Group in London. As Investment Partner of 1&12IP he povides financing and strategic advice to start-up companies and young entrepreneurs within 1&12IP’s portfolio.
